Design Services
NEW CONSTRUCTION MINIMUM CHARGES
Includes: Kitchen and/or Bath layout, Dimensioned
Floor Plan, Elevations and Specifications
(recommendation of cabinet and countertop finishes).

Minimum is to be paid at the time of agreement.
Services are billed at a rate of $125 per hour against clients
retainer account and may exceed minimums listed above. 50% of the
design fees can be applied to a cabinet purchase contract for a
period of 1 year from the date of agreement.
Decorating Consultation
$125 per hour
Consultation for wall covering, floor covering,
appliances, fixture styles and finish,
Decorative backsplash treatments, Lighting fixtures, etc.
Includes appointments out of the office to various vendors to help
select these items.
